first cut up some magazines 

take one and fold it in half horizontally 

fold it again

one more time

take the sides and fold it to the middle

then fold it again

take two pieces that you just made 

open it up

then slide the other one in

then pull it together

connect the rest and your done

you can get them at hobby lobby 

cut a circle in paper

decorate it

then get some mod podge

put some in

put it in  

get a key chain

attach the key chain
